Brentford Recycling Action Group (BRAG) is a local group of volunteers who aim to promote recycling awareness.
If you would like to support us in our projects e.g. The BRAG New Home Owners pack, email discussion group, our website and the other endeavours such as the recent SonicRecycler event at Watermans, all aimed at informing and encouraging Brentford residents with recycling their rubbish, join BRAG now!
We are a volunteer group who receive some help from Hounslow Council but we do need funds for administration, project funding and upkeep. Subscription is £3 per year, cheques payable to 'BRAG' send to BRAG c/o Natasha Epstein, Recycling Team, Hounslow Borough Council, Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow, Middx, TW3 4DN.
Also feel free to drop by our meetings, first Tuesday of the month at 7pm, Grand Union Development Trust Office, Brentford High St (we usual go for a beer or 2 at the Magpies pub afterwards as well!). Hounslow Green Drinks On the first Tuesday of every month green people meet up for a beer at The Magpie & Crown in Brentford from 8pm onwards. The social gathering – part of a global network – is known as Green Drinks.
