BRAG took the recycling message to the Brentford Carnival in August 2001. After the parade we talked about recycling at our stall on St. Paul's fields and tried to inspire people to recycle more. We won first prize for our costumes as our favourite recyclable items.
Hounslow Green Drinks On the first Tuesday of every month green people meet up for a beer at The Magpie & Crown in Brentford from 8pm onwards. The social gathering – part of a global network – is known as Green Drinks.
